Requirements:

The Director of Recruiting AMG-Americas will develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy that not only reflects the needs of the business but also identifies innovative ways to build a robust pipeline. The selected individual must strengthen the recruiting function, provide leadership, management and technical expertise to the day-to-day operation and create the appropriate structure and staffing plan that aligns and integrates recruiting into the business team.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess a bachelor's degree, a MBA is preferred but not required coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience and a proven track record in recruiting, in what is considered a Top-Tier organization. It is imperative that he or she has strong presentation and communication skills and a disciplined approach to problem solving and the ability to build relationships within a complex and matrixed organization.
